In my opinion people who inappropriately attribute problems to "All Releases" and "All Platforms" deserve to get yelled at.

Having said that, this still could be a problem even if he is using 6.5. Just because the Time column is visible by default doesn't mean someone couldn't have hidden it. He might even have done it himself while playing around. Or he could be using another version and have to add or modify a column. Without knowing what release he is using no one can give him an accurate answer, and I don't feel it should be anyone else's responsibility to follow up on his laziness.
